      THIS INDENTURE made the Tenth day of September in year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred & Eighty four made and entered Between JOHN FISHBACK & ALICE his Wife, JACOB FISHBACK & PHEBE his Wife, MARTIN FISHBACK & LUCY his Wife, CHARLES SPILMAN & ELIZABETH his Wife, JAMES ATWOOD & KATHERINE his Wife &MARY FISHBACK of the one part and HARMON BUTTON of County of Culpeper of other part Witnesseth that (the grantors named abwe) for sum of Two hundred & fifty seven pounds current money to them paid do by these presents bargain and sell unto HARMAN BUTTON his heirs a certain tract of land laying in County of Culpeper which was bequeathed by FREDERICK FISHBACK SENIOR deceased unto his Son, FREDERICK FISHBACK, by his Last Will dr Testament bearing date the twentieth day of September
      One thousand seven hundred and Eighty two & recorded in County Court of Culpeper with a proviscr in said Will of the Deceased in case any of his Children should die without lawful Child it was his desire that his her or their part be equally divided amongst the Survivors or their representatives and it hath so happened that the said FREDERICK FISHBACK, Son of the aforesaid FREDERICK FISHBACK deced, did depart this life without a lawful Child and the right of Inheritance devolved to us as Survivors Vit. JOHN FISHBACK, JACOB FISHBACK, MARTIN FISHBACK, CHARLES SPILMAN in right of his Wife, ELIZABETH, JAMES ATWOOD in right of his Wife KATHERINE, HARMAN BUTTON in right of his Wife, SARAH & MARY FISHBACK containing Two hundred & six acres of land being bounded by a Platt thereof laid down by JOHN WIGGINTON in the Plan of said decedants land and refered ta by his Will Fig: No. 1, begining at a large white Oak on a branch running thence North fifty five and a half degrees West three hundred & sixteen poles ta a large white Oak & Hickory saplin in a bottom, thence South thirteen degrees East seventy five poles to a Pine on top of a Ridge, thence South twelve degrees West seventy four pole to two Pine Stumps, thence South sixty degrees East One hundred & nineteen pole to three white Oaks in fork of a branch, thence down the several courses of said branch to the Fork thereof, thence up the other prong of said Branch to
      the begining, (one acre of the aforementioned Two hundred &six acres at the South end adjoining the land of VINCENT TAPP in the Fork of the Branch is excepted in the above sale which was bargained and sold by aforesaid FREDERICK FISHBACK SENIOR unto VINCENT TAPP for a consideration paid him in his life and we do by these presents jointly & severally confirm the bargain & sale together with all right title & Interest unto VINCENTTAPP his heirs as far as it may concern us our heirs kc.) Together with all houses Orchards &appurtenances to the same belonging To have and to hold sd Tract of land (except as before excepted) with the appurtenances unto HARMAN BUTTON his heirs In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands & Seds the say &

      THIS INDENTURE made the 21st day of March in year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Eighty five Between MARTIN FISHBACK of County of Culpeper & LUCY his Wife, HARMAN BUTTON of the aforesaid County & SARAH his Wife of one part and JAMES ATWOOD of County aforesaid of other part Witnesseth that MARTIN FISHBACK & LUCY his Wife and HARMAN BUTTON & SARAH his Wife for the natural love and affection which they have & bear unto JAMES ATWOOD as also for his better maintainance and for sum of five shillings do give unto JAMES ATWOOD his heirs one certain tract of land in County of Culpeper lying in the Little Fork of RAPPAHANNOCK RIVER and bounded Begining at three red Oaks near a branch and in a line between said ATWOOD &FISHBACK & runing thence S. 38 W.172 poles to a Pine on a. hill, thence No, 15 W. 76 poles to an old white Oak, Corner in a Bottom, thence S. 60 E. 32 poles to a Pine & Spanish Oak, a former Corner to said ATWOOD, FISHBACK and BUTTON, thence with said ATWOODs line North 51 East to Begining containing Twenty acres Together with all appurtenances & advantages to sd Land belonging To have and to hold the premises hereby given to JAMES ATWOOD his heirs In witness whereof the said MARTIN FISHBACK & LUCY his Wife, HARMAN BUTTON & SARAH his Wife have hereunto set their hands & Seals the day and year first above written

      THIS INDENTURE made the 21st day of March in year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred & Eighty five Between MARTIN FISHBACK of County of Culpeper & LUCY his Wife of one part and HARMAN BUTTON of County aforesaid of other part Witnesseth that MARTIN FISHBACK & LUCY his Wife for the natural love & affection which they have and bear unto said HARMAN BUTTON and for his better main-tainance as for sum of Five shillings do give and confirm unto HARMAN BUTTON his heirs one certain tract of land in County of Culpeper lying in the Little Fork of RAPPA-HANNOCK RIVER and bounded Begining at a large White Oak near a small Branch & Corner to the said FISHBACK and BUTTON, COONES & JETT, thence No. 55 W. 259 poles to 3 box Oaks three Spanish Oaks & a red Oak, thence South 38 W. 12 poles to said BUTTONs line thence with said line to the Begining containing Ten acres Together with all appurtenances to said land belonging To have and to hold the said Messuage unto HARMAN BUTTON his heirs In Witness whereof MARTIN FISHBACK and LUCY his Wife have hereunto set their hands and Seals the day and year first above written
