To Isaac Bull, upon paying note for £25, to get tract "United Friendship, also 47 acres of tract "Romantick Hills.
To Joseph Norris, 50 acres of tract 'Mount Pleasant" according to our agreement.
To grandson Robert Young Stokes, 4 acres of land I bought of Thomas Sligh until he is of age to be divided into six equal parts and disposed of as follows-
To granddaus. and grandsons Rebecca, Clare, Ann, Mary, William Young and Robert Young Stokes, 1/6 part to each.
To Jonathan Plowman of Baltimore Towne lot conveyed to me by Zacheus Barrell Onion provided he pay to my executrix £120.
To niece Rebecca Godsgrace, Negro Sue dau. of Poll, and stock.
To nephew William Godsgrace, £100 and a mourning ring.
To grandson Robert Young Stokes son of my dau. Rebecca Stokes, land she conveyed to me. Barman Town" or "Barman Town Resurveyed and Negroes, Jery the Plowman a son of Beck, Negro David son of Sue; Negro Little Daniel son of Sue; Negro Sam son of Sue; Negro Poll dau. of Beck, Negro Lucy dau. of Frank; Negro Beck dau. of Frank, Negro Phillis dau. of Nan; Negro Charles son of Sue; Negro boy Simon son of Poll, mulatto boy Dick son of Frank.

Nov 25, 1740 from William Young of Calvert County, Gent, & Clare, his wife, late the wife of Thomas Tasker, late of the county afd, decd, to Thomas Gantt Jr of PG, Gent. Whereas sd William Young & Clare, his wife, stand seized, in the right of sd Clare, of one third part of a tract of land called Saint Andrews and one third part of a tract of land called the Grang[e], both in PG, for the term of the life of sd Clare, now this present deed witnesses that the sd William Young & Clare, his wife, for 35 £sterling, sell to sd Thomas Gantt Jr, the afd third part of the two tracts of land, to have and to hold during the life of the sd Clare. Indenture made March 7, 1749/50; Between William Young of Baltimore County, Maryland and Clare Young his wife late the wife of Thomas Tasker of Calvert County, Maryland, dec'd of one part and Clement Hill of PGCo, Gent, of the other part. Whereas William Young and Clare Young his wife stand seized in the rights of his wife of 1/3 part of a tract called "Turner" for the term of her natural life. Now this indenture witnesseth that William Young and Clare Young his wife in consideration of 10 pounds sterling paid by Clement Hill do sell their 1/3 part of the said tract of land. Signed William Young, Clare Young in the presence of and acknowledged before Thomas Sheredine, Samuel Owings (JP's of Baltimore County, Maryland) and certified by Talbott Ristau clerk
