      THIS INDENTURE made this Seventeenth day of June in year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Seventy Nine Between THOMAS PORTER and ANNE his Wife of County of Culpeper of one part and PETER FLESHMAN of the aforesaid County of other part Witnesseth that for sum of Fifty pounds current money of Virginia to him in hand paid doth bargain & sell unto PETER FLESHMAN his heirs and assigns a certain parcel of land containing by Estimation Eighty acres be the same more or less situate in said County and bounded Begining at a red Oak on a Stoney Nole in a line of said FLESHMANs thence with the said line North fifty degrees East ninety eight poles to two post Oaks & Pine, thence North forty five degrees West thirty eight poles to three Pines corner to JACOB HUFMAN and CHRISTIAN TANNER, thence with TANNERs line South fifty degrees West sixty two poles to two Spanish Oaks and Hickory in TANNERs line, thence to the Begining, Togather with all houses fences and all other appurtenances belonging To have and to hold all the aforesaid land with every part thereof from all Incumbrances unto PETER FLESHMAN his heirs and assigns forever As Witness our hands and Seals the day & year above written

      THIS INDENTURE made this Sixth day of March in year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy Four Between THOMAS PORTER and ANNE his Wife of Parish of Brumfield in the County of Culpeper and Colony of Virginia of one part and HENRY AYLOR of Parish County and Colony aforesaid of other part Witnesseth that THOMAS PORTER & ANNE his Wife for sum of Four hundred pounds current money of Virginia to them in hand paid by these presents doth bargain and sell unto HENRY AYLOR his heirs and assigns forever one certain Tract of land lying in Culpeper County and bounded begining at three white Oaks on DEEP RUN and runing thence North fifty one degrees East two hundred & thirty three poles to three Pines, thence South seventy degrees East eighty six poles to two white Oakes and a Pine, thence South twenty five degrees East One hundred and seventy four poles to Pointers, thence South fifty five & half degrees West three hundred and thirty four poles to Pointers, thence North twenty three degrees East forty poles to two white Oaks on DEEP RUN, thence up the several courses of said RUN to the begining, the said Tract of Land doth contain Four hundred and fifty acres together with all houses gardens & appurtenances whatsoever belonging To have and to hold the above mentioned tract of land with the appurtenances unto HENRY AYLOR his heirs and assigns In Witness whereof the said THOMAS and ANNE his Wife have hereunto set their hands and affix'd their Seals the day and year above written
