      John Llewellin had bound to him by the St. Maries Co., Ct. George Askin orphan son of John Askin and Bryan Daley orphan son of Bryan Daly and the estate of the orphans in the hands of John Simmonds who married Rebeccah the relict of Askin and Daley and mother of the orphans. Simmonds will not turn it over, and evades the sherriff.
      Llewellin wants the estate from Simmonds and the return of George Askin who has "privately departed" Llewellins' house and is "entertained and harboured" by Thomas Courtney.
