West side of Cabbin Branch a Corner of WASHBOURN thence down the Branch So. E. to three white oaks on No. Side of sd branch another corner of afsd Washbourn & Joseph Duncan thence E. to WILLIS old line another corner of sd Duncan thence with his line So. to the Begining containing two hundred and fifty acres of land the same being part of a tract of land contracted for by THOS. BYWATERS & sold by him to sd Attwood James Pendleton

DUNCAN & JAMES ATTWOOD on the So. West side of the ROAD to two pines on the same side the road another Corner of Attwoods thence N. to a Maple on the So. West of Mill Run thence down the said Run to a bunch of Markd white oaks on the same side Just below the mouth of a small branch thence to the Beginning containing one hundred and seventy acres of land . .
