Comment: The depositions of Charles Morgan and Sarah Raley state that while Mr. Morgan was writing the will, Miss Tennison died suddenly though she had been sick for some time. The deposition of Enoch Copsey states the he heard William Raley, who married a sister of the deceased, give notice on 2/9 to the mother and Miss Ann, the sister of the deceased, that the will was scheduled for probate on 2/10, and that they both stated that they had no objection to will as it stood.
