"being weak of Body .
Bequeaths to:
1. Mary Beall -wife
-named executrix of the wilt and trustee for testator's children
-to have all of testator's estate after debts are paid for her natural life and also the plantation whereon testator now lives called "Father's Reserve" cont. 139 1/2 acres
-to have all of testator's household furn.. Negroes, stock, etc.
-to have until testator's son John arrives at age 21, the plantation whereon testator's mother Sarah Beall now lives --the mill included cont. 180-odd acres 1/2 of which is to be received by testator's wife into possession and use upon testator's brother Leonard Beall arriving at the age of 21 which is 2 years from the date of the will and the other 1/2 on the death of testator's mother
-should both testator's sons John and Walter and daughter Mary die before coming of age then the estate left to them to be divided among the remainder of testator's children (unnamed) and testator desires that all of his children be properly educated
2. John Hellen Beall --son
-after widow's decease to have testators dwel line plantation, Negroes. stock, plantation utencils, etc.
3- Walter Beall --son
Mary Beall --daughter
-should testator's son John die before coming of age 21, then to have the land and estate devised to him
-when Mary arrives at age 16 to be paid 70 pounds current money in specie by widow -widow to "take all necessary and proper care of my Unfortunate son Walter which I have no doubt of but in case he should Survive my wife then my son John or his Heirs to pay fifty pounds current money or in Specie Towards his my Son Walters maintenance.--
-Mary to be paid the 50 pounds specie devised to Walter should he die Witnesses: James Edmondston, George Brown, R. Ponsonby

Indenture made September 11, 1792; Sarah Beall widow of Benjamin Beall of PGCo and Mary Beall widow of Josias Beall of Calvert County, Maryland in her right as also as trustee for her son John Hellen Beall in consideration of the yearly rent has demised and to farm let unto John Livingston & George Smith all the messuage, tenement, mill and millseat commonly called Widow Bealls Mill on the Eastern Branch of Potomack River about 3 miles from Bladensburgh together with the dwelling house from April 1, 1793 during the term of 8 years paying the annual rent of 30 pounds lawful current money in two payments on October 1st and April 1st .
