The will of Joseph Roby/Robey requested that his estate be appraised and he left 1/2 of his estate to his father Stephen for the care of his daughters Mary and Jemima by his 1st wife, Unknown Female Roby.
Joseph Roby/Robey willed 1/2 of his estate to his wife, Sarah Unknown Robey and their daughter Rebecca.
Sarah Unknown Robey remarried before 1791 to Unknown Male Demar.

In the 1791 probate of his will, Stephen Roby, father of Joseph, bequeathed 5 shillings to his daughter-in-law, Sarah Demar.

Is there a reference for the marriage of Joshua Demar.

Another Joshua Demar (born c. 1756) married 2 Jan. 1779 to Joanna Speak. His family moved to Kentucky after the 1800 census of Ch. Co., Md. They had 10 children, some are verified.
      1778 Oath of Fidelity
1783 Early Census, Charles County, Md.
1790 and 1800 Census, Charles County, Md.

Melchiah Demar married Deborah Davis 3 Dec. 1795. Both marriages were at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Bryantown, Charles County, Md.

I was assuming that Deborah Davis Demar was the sister of Thomas C. Davis, died 1827, who married Elizabeth Carrico, daughter of Joseph Carrico and Elizabeth Amelia Demar
Thomas and Elizabeth Carrico Davis had 2 known children:
Thomas Allen Davis, born 1818 and Sarah Ann Davis, born 1820.

The early Demar, Demarr, etc. family is beginning to appear in records that are online through Maryland Archives. I am interested in comparing information
