Elisabeth Brown of AAC, and Betsy Davis of AAC, spinster, recorded 20 April 1757, made 31 March 1757 between Henry Gaither of FC, for 33 pS GB, sells to Eliz Brown (during her widowhood) and Betsey Davis, all that parcel ofland, part of a tract called "Gaither's Chance," lying on little Pipe Creek, beginning On 2nd line of the general tract where Amos Davis's dividing line begins, M&B given for 150 acres. Signed Henry Gaither before David Lynn, Chas Jones. Receipt. Ack. and Martha wife of Henry Gaither released dower. AF & duty paid.

      223-225. Elizabeth Brown of AAC, spinscer, during her widowhood, and Amos Davis of AAC, recorded 20 April 1757, made 31 March 1757 between Edward Gaither and Henry Gaither, for 44 pS GB, sells tract called "Gaither's Chance," on the south side of the Beaver Dam Run, opposite to a small bottom which said run descends into Little Pipe Creek, M&B given for 200 acres;. Signed Edward Gaither, son of Benjam, Henry Gaither, before David Lynn, Chas Jones. Receipt. Eleanor and Martha, wives of Edward and Henry Gaither released dower. AF & duty paid.
