To son Richard Graves, dwelling plantation, 100 A.; 100 A. Cunny Warring," that I bought of John Hasilhurt.
To son Richard Kennard, pt. of "Doe Neck" on afsd. Kent Co. records will appear, and give sd. son Richard, tract called "Prince William," 90 A.
To son William Hynson Graves, 268 A.; 100 A. called "Weigh Hill Down," that my father Wm Graves, purchased of a certain John Attisks, late of this co., dec'd., as Kent Co. records will appear; 100 A. adjoining the afsd. "Weigh Hill Down," called Hill Top," that I bought of Simon Willmer, late of this co., dec'd., beginning at a cedar post marked "Hill Top, standing on the north side of a little branch of Worton Creek, called 'Cabin Branch, it being the original bounded tree.
My will is that whereas Col. Nathaniel Hynson did by his last will, give to his dau. Sarah Hynson, now my wife, all his land known by name of "Bush Neck," which was unsold to my father William Graves, which sd. land is sd. to be entailed on the hrs., of the afsd. Sarah's body, lawfully begotten, and as my sd. son Richard Graves, is the appear hr. of the afsd. Sarah, and will belong after the death of the afsd. Sarah, unless it shd. happen that the entail of the afsd. land shd. be cut off by fine and recovery or otherwise, if any such thing shd. be procured or had done or suffered to be done by the afsd. Sarah, or by her means or consent so that the afsd. Richard Graves shd. not enjoy same. In such case, sd. son Richard Graves, his hrs., shall be lawful for him or them to enter in and upon the lands given to afsd. son Wm. Hynson Graves, and enjoy the same forever.
To son Richard, 2 slaves: Jonas and Jack, son of James, in pt. of his personal estate.
To son Wm. Hynson Graves, 2 slaves: Sam and Sesar, as pt. of his personal estate.
To dau. Mary Graves, 1/4 of a lot of ground lying in Chestertown in Kent Co., which I bought of George Garnett, as deed upon Kent Co. records will make appear; 1 slave.

In case all my children die before they have lawful issue or arrive age 21, then give estate to wife, during her life, and the whole to be divided bet. the male hrs. of Nathaniel Hynson, Jr., Wm. Frisby and Samuel Budd.
Wife agree with Stephen Bordley of this co., to collect debts that are due me by bills, bonds, and etc., in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania or England, and also the afsd. Stephen Bordley, collect for wife the 1/2 of my estate of Samuel Bennetts, which I sold out by published venue.
