To dau. Rebecca, land in Kent Co. near Chester Town called "Stepney," that lies bet. the line of the land called "Tilghman' and "Foxley Grove," and the northwest, the main road leading from my mill to Chester Town, etc., and leading from the town up the county by William Ringgold's on the northeast; but if Rebecca die without issue, then to son Simon, who will properly take it as hr.-at-law.
To wife, estate during her life, and at her decease, to 3 nephews: James, Jr.„ son of James Moore, Lambert Wilmer, son of bro. William, and George William Forrester, Jr., son of George William Forrester.
Wife, guardian to my children; my cousin William Ringgold, whom I appoint guardian to sd. children, in case of decease of wife.
