      Robert Slaughter Jr. to give profits from slaves to Mrs. Mary Nooe,
      wife of Zephaniah Nooe, during her life, " to her own exclusive benefit
      and behalf for the utterly exempt from all control of her husband, and
      in no [way] liable for the payment of his debts or contracts but as
      separately independently and exclusively as if the said Mary Noe was a single woman." After Mrs Mary Nooe's death, Robert Slaughter shall possess the slaves for the use and benefit of all the children of
      Zephaniah and Mary equally to be divided between them including the aforesaid John B. Nooe

      The tract of land on which have the Smiths now live in Culpeper County on the road leading from Ealy's farm to Balls Tavern and which land is under lease to the said Smith and whereas the above named Sarah Watson became the purchaser of the said tract of land subject to the said lease to Smith.
