      Indenture made November 18, 1778; between Ignatius Wilson, planter of one part and Richard Henderson, merchant of the other part. Whereas on March 21, 1771, his father Hugh Wilson, now deceased exchanged with Richard Henderson a part of Hudsons Range and receiving a grant of a part of the "Gore" and it appearing that the right of some part of what Hugh Wilson granted to Richard Henderson was not in the consideration thereof and for 5 shillings current money Ignatius Wilson has confirmed unto Richard Henderson all his right title and interest to the "Gore" and to "Hudsons Range".
