  Mary Anne Burton Finnell, Susanah Marshall Burton and others are buried at what is known as the Burton-Finnell-Roberts cemetery located on City Property on the hill in back of left field of the Walton City Ball Park, Boone Co KY. The Cemetery has been thoroughly vandalized. Last year it was fenced and is now being maintained. There are about 22 graves at that location. Mary Anne Burton Finnell died shortly after child birth on 24 Aug 1847 and it appears the the family was split up shortly after her death
