      I James Burnes in consideration of 220 pounds lawful money of Maryland paid by Moses Orme has sold Negroes, Venue, Ben, Rachel, Easter and Rosell, also a gray horse, a black horse, a black mare, a black horse colt, 1 red and white cow and calf, 1 oak table, 2 beds and furniture, 6 flag bottom chairs, 2 iron pots, 1 frying pan and 1 dutch oven.       We the subscribers appointed by Moses Orme and Samuel Taylor Orme to arbitrate a dispute between them concerning a bequeath to them in the last will and testament of Moses Orme, Sr., deceased relating to a division of part of a tract called "Taylorton" and "Taylors Pasture", we therefore award that the aforesaid tracts to be equally divided in four parts. Moses Orme to have 1/4th part of each, he claiming it as heir at law to his mother, the other 3/4th of "Taylors Pasture" to be the right of the said Moses Orme as a bequeath from his father, then the remaining 3/4th of "Taylorton" to be equally divided between the said Moses and Samuel.       Indenture made December 11, 1792; Moses Orme of PGCo inconsideration of 5 shillings current money paid by Thomas Harwood, Jr., of Calvert County, Maryland and of the rents and covenants has demised and to farm let by these presents unto him the plantation the said Orme lately resided being part of two tracts called "Taylors Pasture" and "Taylorton" containing 213 acres together with 13 cattle that includes, a yoke of work steers, the whole valued at 40 pounds 10 shillings current money (cattle cart and hand mill excepted). To have and to hold from January 1st next for the term of 10 years paying the annual rent of 5000 pounds of net inspected crop tobacco at Magruders Warehouse or upwards on Patuxent River.
