Co., Gentl., aged 43 years. Deposeth and saith that on Dec. 25, 1750, he was at the house of John Taliaferro, who was very ill of white sickness, and that the same day he died, and that three or four hours before his death he called his brother Francis Taliaferro, of said Co., Gentl., and declared to his said brother to let his sister Brooke have £200 that Christopher Robinson at Urbanna owed him, and for the said Francis to raise another £100 and let her have it; then said John told said Francis that all of the rest of his estate he left to him, the said Francis, etc. Said Robinson made oath to the above at Court held for Spots.
