      KNOW ALL MEN by these p:sents that I JOHN CURTYS of County of Lancr. Gen. as well for a valuable consideration in hand reced of DAVYD ALLYSON of the same County, Planter, as also for divers other good causes & consideracons me thereunto moving have given & confirm unto the sd DAVYD ALLYSON all that plantacon whereon the sd DAVYD ALLYSON now liveth together with all houses edifices & buildings thereunto belonging or with the same now used & enjoyed containing in the whole by estimation Two hundred & sixty acres of land be there more or less & bounding as followeth vizt., Begining by the PATH side that goeth over the GREAT SWAMP & joining the land of ABRAHAM MOONE & South West along the PATH to a marked white Oak, N. W. 320 poles to a marked Pochickory, thence N. E. 160 po: to MATTAPONY PATH, thence S.E. alongst the PATH 160 po:, thence S. by E. to the first specifyed place the sd land lying & being in the aforesd. County of Lancr: and in the occupation of the aforesd. HATHAWAY Planter of same County have given unto the said WILL. County Plantr: & MARY his Wife one of the Daughters and Coheires of DAVID ALISON late of Middlesex County of the one parte & Capt. WILLIAM DANIELL of the said County Gent. of the other parte Wittnesseth that whereas David Allison dyed possessed of three several tracts one tract being in RAPPAHANNOCY. County and by estemation conteines Three hundred and sixty acres of land and said David Allison dying Intestate and leaveing four Daughters Coheires (Vizt) ANN now wife of EDWARD CLERKE, CATHERINE now Wife of BENJAMIN MARSH, MARY now wife of JOSEPH GOARE and ELIZABETH now wife to HENRY GOARE, who did make a certain verball agreement and made choyce of these several! fourth parts of all the lands the said Allison dyed soe possessed; that is to say. Edward Clerke and Joseph Goare did in right of their wives Ann and Mary make choyce of all the lands in Rappahannock County for there fourth parts and the said Joseph Goare and Mary his Wife being so seased in ffee taile in one full fourth part of all the lands doth for and in consideration of the sume of thirty seaven pounds tens shillings Sterling money hath granted unto the said William Daniell one full fourth part of all the before recited premises

      The Condition of this obligation is such that if the above bound Joseph Goare doth well and truely observe the covenants whatsoever ought to be observed in an Indenture that then this obligation to be voyd or else to stand
