      The last will of Robt. Jadwin was produced in Court by the oaths of George Alford and Richd. Carvell two of the witnesses, and a probat thereof granted to John Critcher, executor therein named. Mr. Jeremiah Jadwin together with Critcher assume to indempnifie the Court.
      Ordered that John Critcher exxcutor of Robt. Jadwin doe return a full inventory of the estate and that Mr. Alexr. Spence, Robt. King and Nathll. Garland being first sworn before Mr. Rosse or Mr. Newton do appraise the estate.

      - BUTLER &c. v EARLE
      WILLIAM BUTLER in right ofhis Wife, SCICILA, by his Petition setting forth that SAMUEL EARLE, who became security with EDWARD BERRY [who intermarryed the Relict of JOHN CRITCHER, deced], for EDWARD BERRY's administration of JOHN CRITCHER's Estate, refused and denyed to render and pay to him in behalfe of his the said BUTLER's Wife, the Estate which of right did belong to her out of JOHN CRITCHER's Estate as being one of the Orphants of JOHN CRITCHER, which WILLIAM BUTLER prayed the Court's Judgment; Upon heareing thereupon the Court with the consent and good likeing of the Pltf and Defendt. doe referr the same to the Auditt and determination of GEORGE ESKRIDGE Gent., Mr. JOHN GARNER and Mr. SAMUEL RUST, whoe are requested to settle and decide the difference and return an Account thereof to the next Court to be held for this County

      Alice Mayly of Cople Parish, Westmoreland County, to John Critcher of same. Alice doth putt and bind her sonn John Mayly an apprentice to John Critcher to serve him and his now wife in all lawfull imployment till John Mayly shall be 21 yeares of age if John Critcher and Anne shall soe long live, John Mayly being six yeares of age 6 October next. John Critcher doth promise they will allow John Mayly sufficient diett, washing and lodging meet for one in his circumstances and teach John to read English well and alsoe to give John at the expiration of his time one new suite of apparrell.
