The Last Will and Testament of JAMES VAULX deced was presented into Court by ROBERT VAULX, his Executor, who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oaths of GEORGE ALDERSON and FRANCES FRANKLIN, wittnesses thereto, is admitted to Record and on motion of ROBERT VAULX and his performing what is usuall in such cases, Certifycate is granted him for obtaining a Probat thereof in due form; and he is ordered to return an Inventory of the Testator's Estate to the next Court upon Oath. It is alsoe ordered Mr. HUMPHREY POPE, Mr. LAWRENCE POPE, Mr. JOHN ELLIOTT, Mr. JOSEPH WEEKES and Mr. AUGUSTINE HIGGINS or any four ofthem being first sworn before one ofher Majties Justices of the Peace for this County doe some tyme before the next Court value and appraise the Estate and make return thereof to the next Court

It is ordered that JAMES MULLAGAN, Servant to GEORGE ALDERSON, doe serve his Master one hundred eighty and eight days according to Law after all other service whatsoever due to him is expired, the same appeareing to be due for ninety four days absence as by Certifycate from under the hand ofRICHARD WATTS, Gent [wherein JAMES MULLAGAN confessed the same], did certifie and declare the absent tyme to be ninety four dayes between ye 19th of February 1709 and the 21st of October 1710
