To nephew John Rigden (son to sister Ellen), land adj. to James Magroth's, and personalty; to be in charge of wife until 21 yrs. of age.
Goods in house, sent in by bra. John of Nowich, value £105, be sold and proceeds sent to him or his hrs.
To sister Ellen Rigden afsd., 100 A., " Ladd 's Desire, " in the Western Branch.
To bro. John. afsd., £20 in full of any claim against estate.
To the Church (newly built nr. the hornes upon The Cliffs, dwelling plantation, "Charles Gift" for maintenance of a minister to be settled by consent of Richard Smith, Jr., Thomas Tasker, Michaell Taney, John Hume. This excepts 100 A. sold. to William Gambrell, planter.
To wife extx., residue of estate during life; at her decease 600 A., "Groome 's Lott," in western branch to nephew John afsd. Shd. sd. nephew die without issue, sd. lands to bro. John afsd. Shd. wife die intestate her portion of "Charles Gift" afsd. to nephew Thomas
