      To Richard Hall, Somerset County, land which I formerly bought of him, situated near head of Hall's Creek in sd. co.
      Desire whatever land or marsh ground may fall to me and become my property either by will of my father or my mother, the same may be sold and the first refusal thereof given to my sister Sarah Waters, and after her decline to purchase then Richard Waters or Henry Lewis may have the refusal and for that end, I desire that it may be valued by John Waters and any other persons she, the sd. Sarah Waters, shall appoint; desire sister may have sd. land, 25 pounds money, and my half of the stock in partnership with her in consideration of her educating my 3 young, daus., whom I commit to her.
      Desire that whatever goods left me by my mother may be equally divided bet. 3 young, daus.: Elizabeth, Esther and Dorothy, and if it shd. consist in slaves, desire my sister Sarah, may have them.

      To dau. Dorothy, lot in Lower Maralborough, lying bet. the lot belonging to and now in possession of John Wardrop, and the lot willed to dau. Sarah.
      The new vessell now on the stocks may be finished and sold together with the new anchor cable and cordage I had from London for the discharge of my debts.

      To dau. Elizabeth Waters, my Negro woman Colby, slaves left her by her grandmother, and in consideration of Negro Joe I give her Negro Yellow.
