      - EDWARD COLES's Comm: of Adman of THO: DORRELL's Estate A Commission of Administration is granted Mr. EDWARD COLES in the right of ELLINOR his Wife, the Relict of THOMAS DORRELL, deceased, of the Estate of THOMAS DORRELL he giveing caution according to Law.
      - Bond Mr. EDWARD COLES, Mr. WILLIAM WILDEY and THOMAS HOBSON doe oblige themselves in the penall sum of thirty thousand pounds of tobacco and caske that Mr. EDWARD COLES shall duly administer of the Estate of THOMAS DORRELL, deced. and exhibite an Inventory thereof unto this Court according to Law
      - Appraysers Mr. PHILLIP SHAPLEIGH, Mr. WILLIAM TIGNOR, THOMAS WEBB and Mr. JAMES AUSTEN are appointed to apprayse the Estat of THOMAS DORRELL, deced., they being first sworne by the next Justice of the Peace===

      The attestation of Elinor Dorrill aged 37 years or there abouts sworn saith that she heard Simon Richardson swear that he would avenge himself on Wm. Thomas and he disired your depo't to tell Edward Coles wife that the said Thomas told him that he had the carnal or familiar use of her and would have it again in spite of her husbands sooth or any other mans, and the said Richardson brought in a club in his hand into your depondents house and threatened the said Thomas wheresoever he met him and the said Thomas boy coming into your depo't the said Richardson told him that he would fight with his Master wheresoever he met him and further saith that the said Richardson cane unto your depo't and would have given me a heifer if that I would have defamed Mrs. Coles she being a woman by whom I never saw any Morality or dishonesty in word or deed and I answered him that I would not nor could do such a onus action and as for the said Thomas I never heard him say nor knew that he had the familiar or carnal use of Mrs. Coles or any other woman whatsoever further saith not.

      The attestation of Thomas Dorrill aged 33 years or there abouts sworn saith that Simon Richardson being at my house Wm. Thomas came in about some business to me and the said Richardson began to wrangle with the said Thomas and after the said Thomas was gone your depon't heard the said Richardson say that Wm. Thomas told him at that time that he had the familiar use and that he had swifted Edward Coles wife and would swift her again in spite of her husband or any other man and further you'r depon't saith that he never heard any such words from Wm. Thomas neither by Edward Coles wife nor any other woman whatsoever at that time or any other time nor never know any dishonest act by the man neither in that way or anyother way further saith not. signum Thomas Dorrill
