- Whereas Mr. DANIELL NEALE & ELLINER his Wife were arrested to this Court at the suite of THOMAS MOULTON upon an accon of defamacon & noe cause of accon appeareinge. It is ordered that the sd. MOULTON bee nonsuited & pay the sd. NEALE 50 lbs, of tobco wth: costs of suite
