      Upon the motion of THOMAS HAYES a Probate is granted him of the Last Will and Testament of ELEANOR COLES deceased the Will being proved by the oaths of Mr. CUTHBERT SPAN and HENRY LANE Witnesses to the said Will and is Recorded

      The Attestacon of ELENOR DORRILL aged 37 yeares or thereabouts sworne saith that she heard SIMON RICHARDSON sweare that he would revenge himselfe on WM. THOMAS and he desired yor, Deponent to tell EDWARD COLEs Wife that the said THOMAS tolld. him that he had had the carnall or familiar use of her and would have it ageine spight of her Husbands teeth or any other mann; And the said RICHARDSON brought in a Clubb in his hand into yor Deponents House and threatned. the said THOMAS wheresoever he mett him, And the said THOMAS boy comeing unto yor: Deponent. the said RICHARDSON tole him that he would fight with his Master wheresoever he mett him, And further saith that the said RICHARDSON came into yor: Depont. & would have given me a Heifer if that I would have defamed Mrs. COLE, she being a woman by whom I never saw any one villify or dishonestly in words or deeds & I answered him that I would not nor could doe ssuch an unjust action, And as for the said THOMAS I never heard him say nor knew that he had the familiar or carnal! use of Mrs. COLE or any other woman whatsoever. and further saith not

      The Attestacon of THOMAS DORRILL aged 33 yeares or thereabouts sworne saith that SIMON RICHARDSON being at my House, WM. THOMAS came in about some business to me and the said RICHARDSON began to rangle with the said THOMAS and after the sd. THOMAS was gone yor: Depont. heard the said RICHARDSON say that he had had the familiar use or that he had servised EDWARD COLEs Wife & would servise her againe in spight of her Husband or any other man: And further yor: Depont. testifieth that he never heard any such words from WM: THOMAS neither by EDWARD COLEs Wife nor any other woman whatsoever at that time or any other time nor never knew any dishonest act by the man neither in that way or any other way & further saith not

      - Bond Mr. EDWARD COLES, Mr. WILLIAM WILDEY and THOMAS HOBSON doe oblige themselves in the penall sum of thirty thousand pounds of tobacco and caske that Mr. EDWARD COLES shall duly administer of the Estate of THOMAS DORRELL, deced. and exhibite an Inventory thereof unto this Court according to Law
