      IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen. I DANIEL CRABB of Cople Parish in Westmoreland County being sick and weak of body but of perfect sence and memory, doe here by make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament, hereby do make void all former Wills heretofore made by me either in word or deed, and as to what worldly substance it hath pleased God to bestow on me, I give & bequeath as followeth, viz.,
      Imprimis. I give and bequath to my Brother, THOMAS CRABB, two Negro boys named Dunlen and Fortune, to have them delivered when he shall attain the age of twenty one years; And if he dies before or after he come to age and have no heir, in such case I give and bequath the Negro boy, Fortune, unto my Brother, JOHN CRABB, and his heirs of his body lawfully begotten and
      I give and bequath the Negro boy, Dunlen, to my Brother, OSMON's Son, GERRARD, & to his heirs,
      I give and bequath to my Brother, THOMAS CRABB, and his heirs all the land which THOMAS BOYD dwells on in NOMONY FORREST containing 90 acres be the same more or less,
      I also give and bequath to my Brother, THOMAS CRABB, two cows and calves, a feather bed and furniture, a small chest, pott, two dishes, 1/2 dozen plates.
      I give and bequath to my Brother, OSMAN CRABB, all my wearing cloaths, a feather bed and furniture and two Cows & calves;
      I give and bequath unto my Sister, LETTICE McKINNEY, a feather bed & furniture and two cows and calves.
      I give and bequath unto my Brother, JOHN CRABB, and his heirs three Negroes named, Jo:, Kate & Bess, and their increase and all other of my Estate which is not herein before given, be the same of any kind or quality whatsoever upon condition that he discharge and pay all my just debts & funeral expences and also pay to my Mother, SARAH DUNBAR, five hundred pounds of tobacco yearly during her life, and I doe hereby constitute and appoint my Brother, JOHN CRABB, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and have hereunto set my hand and seals this first day of December Anno Dom: 1738

      THIS INDENTURE made the 25th day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty four; Between JOHN CRABB of Westmorland County and Parish of Cople, Planter, of one part and OSMAND CRABB of the same place, Planter, of the other part; Witnesseth that JOHN CRABB in consideration of the Rents and Covenants herein after mentioned on the part of OSMAN CRABB to be paid and performed hath and by these presents doth demise grant and to farm let unto OSMAN CRABB one tract of land containing one hundred acres be the same more or less lying in County of Westmorland and Parish of Cople, being the land formerly belonging to JOHN FOOTMAN, Gent., deced., and purchased by JOHN CRABB from JEREMIAH CARTER, together with all houses orchards profits and hereditaments whatsoever belonging, except all mines minerals and quarries; To have and to hold the tract of land with appurtenances except as before excepted unto OSMAND CRABB and JANE his Wife during the natural lives of them the said OSMAND CRABB and JANE his Wife or longest liver of them; paying every year during the term unto JOHN CRABB his heirs on the twenty fifth of December one year of Indian Corn and two shillings sterling money for Quitrents of the aforesaid land, and if it shall so happen that all or any part of the yearly rents be left behind or unpaid for forty days after the twenty fifth day of December on which the same ought to be paid, it shall be lawfull for JOHN CRABB his heirs into the demised premises to reenter and the same to have again as in his former Estate, and OSMAN CRABB paying the rents and performing the covenants shall quietly hold and enjoy the land and premises without the let or disturbance of JOHN CRABB his heirs, In Witness whereof the first partie above mentioned have hereunto set his hand and seale the day and year above written

LANDON CARTER, Esqr., thence along CARTER's line to a large red Oak corner tree said CARTER and OSMAN CRABB and in the line of THOMAS ROBINSON, thence along ROBINSON's line to the Mane Road, thence up the Road to the first mentioned red Oak of which tract of thirty acres of land and all the Estate claim and demand of OSMAN CRABB and JANE CRABB his Wife that they have or ought to have in the aforementioned land; To have and to hold the thirty acres of land and premises be the same more or less with all hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto HENRY SISSON and his heirs, and OSMAN CRABB and JANE CRABB his Wife for themselves and their heirs doth covenant with HENRY SISSON his heirs that HENRY SISSON his heirs shall at all times hereafter possession and occupy the granted land and premises with all appurtenances acquitted and discharge from all manner of incumbrances; In Witness whereof me the said OSMAN CRABB and JANE CRABB my Wife to these presents hath interchangeably set our hands and seales the day and year first above written

      Memorandum; that on the 29th day of October 1754 quiet and peaceable possession and seizen was given and delivered by OSMAN CRABB and JANE CRABB his Wife to HENRY SISSON by the delivery and Seizen and Turf and Twigg of the said land, To have and to hold according to the tenner and meaning of this written Deed

At a Court held for the said County the 26th day of November Anno Dom: 1754 This Deed of Feofment of Land together with the Livery of Seizen endorsed passed from OSMAN CRABB and JANE his Wife to HENRY SISSON was proved by the Oaths of HENRY SUTTLE and JOHN SISSON, two of the witnesses thereto and on the motion of the said HENRY SISSON ws ordered to be lodged for further proof

      Westmorland Sct. At a Court held for the said County the 28th day of January Anno Dom: 1755 This Deed of Feofment of Land together with Livery of Seizen
      thereon endorsed passed from OSMAN CRABB and JANE his Wife to HENRY SISSON was further proved by the Oath of STUARD REDMAN, the other witness thereto, and on mocon of the said SISSON, ordered to be recorded
