      us our heyres unto THOMAS ATWELL als, COLLINS his heyres & assignes for ever all the right & title that wee the sd. WALTER & ALICE have unto a certaine rcell of Land ( beinge part of a greater divident) scituate & beinge upon the head of the Lower MACHATICK RIVER. For a valuable consideration. 80 acres excepting 2 acres joyning uppon the mill of Nominy being part of 500 acres formerly belonging unto Nicholas Spencer and Frances Spencer and by them sold unto Walter English and Teague Olognon ... by the side of the east branch called the Herring Creeke and along the line of Jacob Lucas untill you come to the runn called Heifers Swampe and soe down the runn untill you come to the Creeke of Nominy, being all the parcell lying between Heifers Swampe run, Jacob Lucas and Herring Creeke.
