      KNOW ALL MEN by these prsents that wee JAMES SAMFORD and JOHN CANNIDE of TOTESCAY in the County of Rappa. Planters doe wth one accord and assent for and in consideracon of full and reall Sattisfaction to us in hand payd and delivered to our contents which receipt we do acknowledge doe for us or: heires sell assigne transffer and make over unto JOHN ROBINSON of the County aforesaid his heires or assignes for ever all our Right title & interst of a Pattent of Land by us formerly bought of THOMAS DUES [Dyas] from the upermost line wch bounded in JOHN CANNIDE his Land and soe running up TOTESKEY CREEKE as farr as the Patten Extendeth together with all rights pffitts and priviledges thereunto belonging the sd JOHN ROBINSON or assignes payeing doeing and Dischargeing the Rents & Services therein due and of right accustomed In Witness whereof wee the above mentioned prties have hereunto sett or: hands and seales the twenty seaventh of January 1669

      KNOW ALL MEN by these that wee LUKE BILLINGTON & ROBERT BAILISS of the County of Rappa. doe for us or. heires for and in consideration valuble consideration to us in hand payd & delivered to or: contents wch receipt we doe acknowledge sell & make over unto JAMES SAMFORD, JOHN CANNIDE & JOHN ROBINSON to them their heires severally forever all or: right title & interest of a Patten of land which lyeth on the South East side of RICHARD CREEKE we the sd LUKE BILLINGTON & ROBERT BAYLISS doe Reserve to or: selves all the land that ever we layed claime to as farr at the water courses on the South East side of the Creeke aforesd the said JAMES SAMFORD. JOHN CANNIDE & JOHN ROBINSON them & their heires severally yeilding paying discharging the rents & services therein due and of right accustomed Furthermore we the said LUKE BILLINGTON & ROBERT BAYLIS doe bind or: heires by these prsents. that the sd JAMES SAMFORD, JOHN CANNIDE & JOHN ROBINSON them or either of them their heires or either of their heires shall & will from time to time and for Ever hereafter quietly & peaceably Have hould & enjoy the aforesd prmises wthout Incumbrances lett or denial of us the said LUKE BILLINGTON & ROBERT BAYLIS or either of us or heires and Further we doe oblidge or:selves as aforesaid to Ratifie and confirme the same in the Next Court in RAPPAHANNOCK County In Witness whereof wee the abovemenconed prtyes have hereunto sett or: hands & seales this 21st day of January 1669

Pollard, whoe marryed the Relict of sd. Stanford, sold to sd. Fox, & 150 acs. sold by sd. Robinson to Edw. King, who assigned to sd. Fox & 150 acs. for trans. of 3 Negroes
