Jeremiah Nash, of Cople Parish, WC, planter, to John M'Kenny, of LP; for 3200 pounds of good tobacco; 50a, all my right, title, property and interest in the said 50a forever, and all my right, title, property and interest in a lease dated 4 DEC 1731 given by one George Sisson to William Nash, decd., which the said lease may more plainly appear the abovesaid 50a of land being in LP, on one of the branches of Totuskey Creek formerly known by the name of the Cross Creek on the north side thereof, being part of a greater parcel of land formerly granted to one Leonard Jones late of this county, dec., and by the said Leonard Jones to one Richard Branham of this county, deceased, and by the said Branham sold to one Henry Webster of this county, dee., and by the said Henry given to his son Thomas Webster; being part of a patent of 200a of land granted to the aforesaid Leonard Jones [PB4:385], beg. at a corner tree of Robert Sisson.
