      - Upon the Peticon of DOROTHY HOPPER, late the Wife of JNO: BAKER, deced., It is ordered that her Sonne, HUGH BAKER, the sone of the sd. JNO: BAKER, shall have one Cowe coloured browne marked wth: a croppe & 2 slitts on the right eare & the left eare undr: keeled, as alsoe one yearling Heyfer & one cowe Calfe of the last fall being marked (vizt,) cropt and underkead on both eares & a slitt in the left eare, wch: sd, Cattle wth: all their future increase are to redowne to the proper use & behoofe of the sd. HUGH BAKER for ever. The Cattle aforesd. being deteyned in the hands of the sd. DOROTHY by vertue of an ordr: of the ILE of WIGHT County bearing date the 15th of June 1655, in lieu of 1300 lb, of tobco; due to the sd, HUGH; And it is further ordered that the sd. HUGH BAKER & JNO: BAKER shall have the benefitt & p:duce of their owne calves & labours & industry according to Act, they being above the age of seaventeene yeares

Luellins, lately purchased of Robt. Partin, Sent. & Robt. Partin, Junr., & sold to Mr. John Meares; 63 acs. another part being in Sherly hundred or Bermuda hundred, lately belonging to Michael Turpin; 43 acs. next to land lately belonging unto Joseph Royal, dec'd., next towards Sherly hundred maine. 270 acs. by patent dated 26 Oct. 1650; 200 acs. by patent, 11 July 1653; 63 acs. purchased of Dorothy Baker, the relict of John Baker; 63 acs. purchased of Michael Turpin; 40 acs. purchased of Edward Aladdin. All of which several parcels were ordered to be included in one patent.
