      THIS INDENTURE made this 6th day of Nov: in the year of our Lord God 1662 Between TOBYAS HORTON of the one part & TEAGE CORRALL of the other party Now Know ye that I the sd TOBYAS HORTON of the County of Lancastr:, Planter, for a valuable consideracon in hand paid by the sd TEAGE CORRELL of the same County Planter, have sold unto the sd TEAGE CORRELL one Devidend of land containing Twelve hundred acres scituate lying & being in the County of Lancastr: and lying & being between two Creeks that issueth out of FLEETS BAY called by the names of TABBS CREEKE & NANTEPOYSON CREEKE as by the Patent wil more at large appear, To have & to hold the sd Twelve hundred acres of land wth: all the rights & priviledges thereunto belonging according to the tenor & contents of the Patent thereof and by the Rents & services therein due with warrant agt, any p:son wt:soever that shal lay any claim unto the sd land and that the sd TEAGE CORRELL shal peaceably & quietly enjoy the sd land from the sd TOBYAS HORTON my heirs & all p:sons wt:soever forever, Provided he the sd TEAGE CORRELL do not loose this land for want of seating & with a sufficient assignmt. upon the Patent & to acknowledge this this next Court in the County of Lancr: and to the true p:forman ce whereof I have set my hand & seale the day & year above a written
