      - GEORGE admrs VS BUCKLEY commissiono. of Administration. cum testamente annexed of ye Estate of THOMAS BUCKLEY, /deced/ is granted unto MARY GEORGE ye Wife of ELMORE GEORGE as next of kin to ye Decedent, the Executrix in the Will mentioned dying without executing ye same, ordered that Mr. CHRISTOPHER KIRK, Mr. THOMAS CARTER, Mr. JEROSEME PASQUETT , Mr. JOHN DAVIS and Mr. WILLIAM KING or any four of them doe apprise ye Estate

      - GEORGE's Adminstration Whereas att a Court held for this County ye 12th day of May last past Commisssion of Administration of the Estate of THOMAS BUCKLEY, /deced/ was granted unto MARY GEORGE, the Wife of ELMORE GEORGE, of this County as next of Kin to the deceased and ordered that Mr. CHRISTOPHER KIRK Mr. THOMAS CARTER, Mr. JEROSME PASQUETT, Mr. JOHN DAVIS and Mr. WILLIAM KING or any four of them apprise the Estate and return and Inventory thereof to Court, and forasmuch as ELMORE GEORGE on behalfe of his Wife, MARY, the Administratrix of THOMAS BUCKLEY, which by his Attorney, DANIELL McCARTY, giving the Court to understand and be informed that in pursuance of the Order of the 12th of May last past the Sheriffe of this County had summoned ye Appraisers who for want of effects to be exhibited have neglected to make any report pursuant to ye Order It is hereby further ordered that the Sheriffe doe forthwith summon the Appraisers to meet at the place aforesaid, /vizt/ at RICHARD STEPHENS his house and there appraise the Estate and make report

      - GEORGE Admrx Whereas att a Court held for Lancaster County ye 12th day of May 1703, Commission of Administration of the Estate of THOMAS BUCKLEY /deced/ was granted unto MARY GEORGE, ye Wife of ELMORE GEORGE as next of Kin to the Decedent the Executrix in the Will mentioned dyeing without executeing the same and then ordered that Mr. CHRISTOPHER KIRK, Mr. THOMAS CARTER, Mr. JEROSME PASQUE17, Mr. JOHN DAVIS and Mr. WILLIAM KING or any four of them should apprise ye Estate att some convenient time beween that and ye next Court being legally sworn by a Justice of the Peace and make report under their hands to ye next Court, And it being then further ordered to the end the Estate might be ye better known that all persons haveing any of ye Estate in their hands should deliver ye same to MARY GEORGE or ELMORE, her Husband on her behalfe upon Oath &c. which Order not being fullfilled it was further ordered att a Court held for this County ye 14th day of July 1703, that ye Sheriffe should forthwith summon ye Appraisers to meet at ye House of Mr. RICHARD STEPHENS and there apprise the Estate pursuant to ye former Order in this Cause made and provided which Appraisers as appears by the returne of the Sheriffe being summoned but not appearing and haveing failed in giveing obedience to the Order, it is therefore ordered that Mr. THOMAS CARTER be exempt and Mr. JOIIN IIUTCHINS be summoned in his place who with the other Appraisers in the fore recited Order or any four of thorn tire by the Court ordered tv meet aLL such place or places as ELMORE GEORGE shall be present and that RICHARD STEPHENS or whome else shall have any of ye Estate of the Decedent in their hands deliver the same to the Appraisers upon Oath att such time between this and the next Court as MARY under their hands and their proceedings therein and in case that any thing in this Order contained shall want effectual' complyance the Appraisers are hereby required to make report thereof as aforesaid
      - STEPHENS's Admon Commission of Administration of the Estate of FRANCES BUCKLEY /deced/ is granted unto RICHARD STEPHENS as next of Kin to ye /deced/ and it is hereby ordered that Mr. JOHN DAVIS, Mr. JOHN MULLIS, Mr. JOHN CHILTON, Mr. HENERY BOATMAN and Mr. JOHN BOATMAN or any for of them being legally sworne by the next Justice of the Peace doe apprise ue Estate of the /deced/ att some convenient time between this and the next Court upon Oath together with appraisment under their hands, JOHN CHILTON and THOMAS CARTER, Securitys
