      - BRYAN's Will proved The Last Will and Testament of THOMAS BRYAN, deced., was presented in Court by MARY BRYAN, his Daughter, and being proved by the Oath of JAMES HINDS one of the witnesses thereto, is admitted to Record, and ELLINOR BRYAN, the Executrix in the Will named being deceased without haveing taken upon her the execution thereof, Therefore on motion of MARY BRYAN, Certificate is granted her /she haveing taken the Oaths by Law appointed/ for obtaining Letters of Administration with the Will annexed in due forme

      To wife Mary all and every the goods Chattles Cattle and whatsoever that she had when I married her, to her only use.
      To William Baldwyn's daughter living with one Isack Stannop on the South Side of Rappa. River the sume of Six hundred pounds of Tobacco to be laid out upon a Cow for hir use and my will is that my sonne in Law Edward Poole shall have the laying out of the Tobacco and that he see the Cow recorded with the increase to hir and hir heirs forever.
      To Edward Rylyes wives daughter the like Sum of Six hundred pounds of TobĀ° to bee laid out for a Cow for hir my will being that Thomas Madison have the laying out of the Tobacco and that he see the Cow recorded with the encrease unto hir and hir heirs forever.
      To my cozen Edward Carter my young mare and her increase and three hundred Acres of land joyning upon Mr Halls land and lying by Colonel Lees path and sold me by Mr Thomas Chetwood in part of satisfaction of 1000 acres which doth appear upon the records of Lancaster County.
      To sons in law Thomas and Robert Bryant my old mare and 1000 pounds of tobacco apeece.
      To my sonne-in-law Robert Briant 115 acres of land wch lyes by Moraticon mill being part of 230 acres of land between John Chinn and myselfe.
      To my daughter-in- law's child Elizabeth Pool my old mare's foale which fell this prsent yeare and hir increase but in case the sd Elizabeth Pooll doe decease without issue of hir body then the sd legacy shall return to Thomas and Robert Briant and their heirs for ever.
      To Brian Stott's children my stone colt which is at prsent above one year old and my will is that Brian Stott their father have the ordering of it as he thinks fitt. My will is that all my legacies which I have given away bee paid the next Cropp after my decease.
      My wife Mary Wright to be Executrix giving unto her my servants with all the remainder of my goods chattles cattle and household stuff whatsoever and all my debts which are due unto me she paying my legacies aforesaid and my debts I owe.
