      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that we REBEKAH SUGGITT, THOMAS BEALE & CHARLES COLSTON of the County of Richmond are held and firmly bound unto the Worspil. her Majties: Justices of the peace for the said County in the summe of Five hundred pounds Sterling money of Great Brittaine, to the which payment well and truly to be made we bind our selves our heirs firmly by these presents;

      THE CONDITION of this obligation is such that if the above bound REBEKAH SUGGITT. Admrx of all the goods chattells and creditts of THOMAS SUGGITT deced., do make a true and perfect inventory of all the goods chattells and creditts of the said deced., and the same so made do exhibit into the County Court of Richmond when thereunto required by the said Court, and do well and truly administer according to Law, and further do make a just and true account of her actin gs and doings therein when thereto required by the said Court, and shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons respectively as the said Justices by their order or Judgment shall direct pursuant to the Laws in such case made and provided, And if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will and Testament was made by the said deced., and the Executor or Executors therein named do exhibit the same into Court making request to have it allowed and approved, accordingly, if the said REBEKAH SUGGITT being thereunto required do render and deliver up her Letters of Administration approbation of such Testament being first had and made in
      the said Court, Then this obligation to be voyd and of none effect, otherwise to remaine in full force and virtue

      THIS INDENTURE made the 23d. day of May in the years of our Lord God according to the computacon of the Church of England 1699, Between SARAH SUGGITT of the Parish of NORTH FARNHAM and County of Richmond, Widow, of the one part and EDGCOMB SUGGITT & THOMAS SUGGITT of the Parish & County aforesaid, Sons of the said SARAH SUGGITT, of the other part. Witnesseth that whereas by a Deed Tripartite indented & made the fourth day of May 1694, the said SARAH SUGGITT as by the said Deed more particularly may appears path given transferred & confirmed unto JOHN SUGGITT, EDGCOMB SUGGITT & THOMAS SUGGITT, Naturall Sons of the said SARAH SUGGITT, Foure hundred acres of land on the North side of and adjoining to Rappahannock River and in the Parish & County aforesd., and part of a greater dividend the remainder of the said devidend being One hundred & ninty acres reserved by the said SARAH SUGGITT including the two Longs Necks so called as by the aforemenconed is more largely expressed with the houses buildings & orchards thereon to & for the use & behoofe of her the said SARAH SUGGITT & her assignes or any other person to whom the said SARAH should declare grant & appoint the same and for the naturall love & motherly affection wch: shee the said SARAH SUGGITT hath & beareth unto her said Sons, EDGCOMB and THOMAS SUGGITT, as also for their better preferment & advance- ment in this world, and other good causes her hereunto moving, hath given unto the said EDGCOMB SUGGITT all & singular that parcel or peice of Land comonly called the LITTLE NECK scituate lying & being in the Parish & County aforesd., and on the North side of & adjoyning to Rappahannock River, the Land of HENRY LEWCAS with the houses buildings orchards & plantacon I now live on and the appurtinances thereunto belonging unto the said EDGCOMB SUGGIT & heires male of his body lawfully to be begotten with all & singular the appurtinances thereunto belonging and for want of such issue to THOMAS SUGGITT & heirs male of his body lawfully begotten & for want of such issue to returne according to the express words & meaning of the above menconed Deed, And the other moyety or part of the said One hundred & ninty acres of Land comonly called the LONGE NECK that is from the PATH that parts the land of JAMES SUGGITT the land before given to EDGCOMB SUGGITT including the mouth, of Mr. TAVERNERS CREEK unto THOMAS SUGGITT & the heires male of his body lawfully begotten with all & singular the profitts & appurtinances thereunto belonging and for want of such issue unto EDGCOMB SUGGITTS & the heires male of his body lawfully to be begotten, and for want of such issue to returne according to the express words & meaning of the above menconed Deed or Writing, To have & to hold the above One hundred & flinty acres of land with all the rights belonging unto the said EDGCOMB SUGGITT &THOMAS SUGGITT and heires males of their bodyes lawfully to be begotten from hence forth subject nevertheless to the Rents & services wch: shall henceforth grow due to the Lords as Proprietors thereof to be paid by the parties for the particular Land they hereby proportionably hold, And further more the said SARAH SUGGITT for herselfe her heires doth grant the said EDGCOMB SUGGITT & THOMAS SUGGITT their heires males as before expressed that from henceforth forever peaceably & quietly hold & possess the aforesaid Land without the hinderance of her the said SARAH SUGGITT her heires or any other persons whatsoever, And doth further promise to acknowledge these pr:sents in the County Court of Richmond either by her Attorney or otherwise in person In Witness whereof she thereunto hath sett her hand & seale affixed the day & yeare first within menconed
