      Surveyed for the widow and Heirs of Daniel Beeman Decd, 75-3/8 acres of land lying in Boone County on the East Fork of Gunpowder Creek, bounded as follows to wit; beginning at a beech tree and stone, Albert Beemon's corner in Benjamin Conner's line. Thence with said Conners lines N46-1/2 E72-1/2 poles to a stake, Thence N18W25-2/5 poles to a stake in George Synders Line a Corner of William S. Weden's 4 acre purchase. Thence with the lines of said purchase S71-3/4W25-1/3 poles to a stone, thence N18W25-1/3 poles to a stake Weden's corner on the New Road in John Utz line. Thence with Utz line S71-3/4W39-2/3 poles to a stake, thence S18E210-4/5 poles with the line of John Utz, Henry Beemon & Albert's to the Beginning.
      Then In conjunction with Ephriam Aylor and John Marguess Commissioners divided the foregoing survey as follows. Mary Beemon's dower contains 25-5/8 acres. Refer to drawing.
