- CHILTON v STONE, &c,
In the difference between MARK CHILTON, who intermarryed with one of the Daughters of JAMES KEY, late of this County, deced., Petitioner and MARY STONE, Admrx. of the Estate of FRANCIS STONE, deced., Deft. wherein Auditors were appointed to settle accounts and they haveing made their Report, it is admitted to Record, and the Auditors haveing found due to the Orphans of JAMES KEY, deced., from the Estate of FRANCIS STONE, deced., ten thousand and eighty five pounds of tobacco. On motion of MARK CHILTON, Judgement is granted him against MARY STONE, Admrx., for three thousand three hundred sixty one and an half pounds of tobacco, being one third part thereof, which is ordered to be paid with costs als exo
