KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that We ADAM COOK and CHRISTOPHER BARLOW and CHRISTOPHER RHINER do agree to take PETER FLESHMANs Deceased Estate on the Valuation of GEORGE HUME, ADAM WAYLAND & JOHN ZIMMERMAN that valued the Estate of Peter Fleshman deceased We Adam Cook & Christopher Barlow and Christopher Rhiner do bind ourselves in the just sum of Two hundred and fifty pounds current money of Virginia to be paid unto them by whoever forfeits or reverses the said agreement as Witness our hands and seals dated this 13th day of December 1773.

Per Germanna History Notes Christopher Barlow left a will which was filed in two states: Madison Co., Virginia, in W.B. 2, p. 249; and Boone Co., Kentucky, in W.B. A, p. 82. Joseph, Ephraim, Michael, Aaron, Daniel, Mary, and Margaret were named in will.
The will of Christopher Barlor of Madison County, Virginia was written 15 March 1807. He named wife Catharene Barlor and children Joseph Barlor, Ephraim Barlor, Michael Barlor, Aaron Barlor, Daniel Barlor, Mary Millbanks/Millbank, and Margaret Delph.
