      Richard Bullock of Prince William County.
      Unto my beloved wife Susannah Bullock my whole estate both real and personal during her natural life and after her decease to be distributed as hereafter mentioned.
      To my: son Thomas Bullock three- hundred acres of land begining upon Skinker and Ludwell's line.
      To my daughter Rachel Bullock three hundred acres adjoining to_theaforesaid tract.
      The rest of my land lying on the south west side of the beaver damm to my son Richard Bullock.
      To my daughter Sarah Bullock all my land on the north east side of Beaver damn.
      To my son Thomas Bullock one negro man named Tom. [Theabove clause is contained in the original will of Richard Bullock being left out by misprision. examined the 17 April" 1752.]
      To my daughter Rachel Bullock two negro men named John and Robin.
      To my daughter Sarah Bullock two negroes names Harry and Toney.
      To my son Richard Bullock negros Monmouth, Will and Card and her increase.
      To my son Thomas my short gun and to my son Richard my Long gun.
      And at the decease of my abovesaid wife my will is that the whole personal estate be equally divided among my four children Vizt. Thomas, Rachel, Sarah and Richard Bullock.
      I constitute my two trusty and beloved friends Charles Morgan and John Graham Mercht. to be executors of this my last will and testament.

      Know all men by these presents that we John Frogg & William Blackwell are held and firmly bound unto the Worshipful Justices of Prince William County their Heirs Executors and Administrators in the sum of two hundred pounds sterling to the true payment whereof we bind ourselves our heirs executors administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents as witness our hands and seals this twenty – second day of March 1742.
      The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound John Frogg guardian of Sarah Bullock his heirs executors and administrators do & shall well & truly pay or cause to be truly paid unto the said Orphans all such estate & estates that now is or hereafter shall come to the hands of the said John Frogg as soon as the said Orphans shall attain so lawful age or when thereunto required by the Justice of the Peace of Prince William County Court & also to have & keep harmless the said Justices their heirs and successors from all trouble & damage that shall & may arise about the said estate then this obligation to be void or else to remain in full force and virtue.       Know all men by these presents that we Thomas Bullock and Daniel Carr are held and firmly bound to Benjamin Grayson, John Wright, Valentine Peyton and Joseph Blackwell, Gentlemen Justices of Prince William County their Heirs Executors and Administrators in the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds current money to the true payment whereof we bind ourselves our heirs executors administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents as witness our hands and seals this 6th day of March 1744.

      RECEIVED this 30th day August 1744 of JOHN FROGG Compleat payment and full satisfaction of all the Estate real and personal That he ever was possess'd of belonging to my Deceast Father RICHARD BULLOCK as Guardian to me and to my Sister SARAH BULLOCK and also of the produce of the said Estate which he the said JOHN FROGG was prossess'd therewith and also I do hereby oblige myself my heirs to indemnify and harmless keep him the said JOHN FROGG his heirs for any cost or damages on account of Sutes that already has been commenced or hereafter may be commenced against him the said JOHN FROGG relating to the said Estate of my said Sister SARAH BULLOCK or myself as to or relating to the said Estate belonging to me & my said Sister SARAH BULLOCK and I do hereby fuHy and absolutely discharge him and his Securitys of all their obligments relating to the above said Estates & premises In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal

      THIS INDENTURE made the thirtieth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & Sixty two Between GEORGE ROE of Prince (blank) County Painter & a SARAH his Wife of one part and JOHN GUNYON of the TOWN of DUMFRIES in County of Prince William Mercht. of other part. Whereas BERTRAND EWELL of said County gent being seised in his demesne as of Fee of in and to a certain tract of land on QUANTICO CREEK joining near the TOWN of DUMFRIES in said County which said BERTRAND EWELL purchased from WILLIAM FITZHUGH of the Province of MARYLAND gent he the said BERTRAND EWELL did by his Indenture of Lease dated the 15th day of December 1756 Between BERTRAND EWELL of one part and JOHN LATTIMORE then and lately of the County of Prince William of the other part for the sum of Forty pounds did lease and lett unto the said JOHN LATTIMORE two hundred acres of land being the upper part of said BERTRAND EWELLs purchase from WILLIAM FITZHUGH bounded in the said Lease To Have and To Hold the said Two hundred acres of land in the same Lease mentioned unto said JOHN LATTIMORE during the Natural lives of said JOHN LATTIMORE & SARAH his Wife now party to these presents, and the Survivor of them paying unto said BERTRAND EWELL the rent of one Grain of Corn upon the Fifth day of January in each year and the Quitrents of the said Premises as by the said Indenture of Lease appears, and Whereas the said JOHN LATTIMORE is since dead & survived by the said SARAH who hath intermarried with GEORGE ROE, who together with said SARAH is seised of the said Land during the life of the said SARAH and may lawfully sell the same for the time aforesaid Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said GEORGE ROWE and SARAH his Wife for the sum of Twenty pounds Current money do for all the time in the said Lease yet to come and unexpired sell unto said JOHN GUNYON all that their right to the said Two hundred acres of land with all rights To Have and To Hold the said land together with the same Indenture of Lease itself unto said JOHN GUNYON his heirs and assigns during the Natural life of the said SARAH & no longer.
