      Nov 12, 1746 from Charles Adams of CC, planter, to Clement Kennedy of CC, cooper, for 8000 lbs tobacco, a tract of land in CC called the Frogs Nest, taken up by Charles Addams, father to the afd Charles Addams, and patented to him, taken up Oct 10, 1708, and devised in his will to his son, Charles Addams, and bounded by the north side of the Little Dam Branch, containing and laid out for about 83 acres. Signed - Charles Addams. Wit - Robert Hanson, Thos Stone. Mary, the wife of the said Charles Adams, released her dower.
