Granddaughter: Jane Abell, dau. of John B. Abell and his wife, Elizabeth, all of the land I bought from George Abell, Samuel Abell, Sr., John B. Brown, and Raphael Brown; it being the plantation where I now live; one bed and furniture; one desk; one case of bottles; and one iron pot.
Grandson: Philip Hambleton Abell, one horse which he and I are jointly bound by bond to Cuthbert Abell to pay for. The horse is to be paid out of my estate.
The remainder of my estate, real and personal, is to be sold and divided among my five children, Edmund Abell, John Abell, Aaron Abell, Eleanor Swailes, Elizabeth Abell, and my grandson, Philip Hambleton Abell.
If my grandson, Philip Hambleton Abell, dies before the age of 21, his share is to be divided by my five children.
Son: Aaron Abell, all of my wearing apparel.
Exec: Son, John Booth Abell.

Thomas Greenfield, Samuel Sothoron; for the warehouse at Edward Cole's, Samuel Abell of Samuel, Thomas Forrest, John Abell, Charles King; For the warehouse at Town Creek, Cuthbert Abell, Philip Clarke Jr., Nathaniel Hickman, Samuel Jenifer.
