Nephew: John Kenelm Medcalf, pt. of two tracts "Downham" and "Long in Dispence" but if no heirs then to brother, Ignatius Ford; at my death, a cow and calf to be chosen for him by his mother; and a negro boy Joe by indenture bound to me until he is age 21.
Sister: Sarah Medcalf a cow and calf; furniture; negro wench Mary Wood who is by indenture. Should my sister again remarry, then it is my desire that she no longer be suffered to live on the land devised to my sd. nephew.
Brother: Ignatius Ford, bull; pots; pewter; gun; hogs; sheep; and cattle.
