To son Samuel Hawkins, tract called "Glovers Point," 250 A, also pt of tract called "Lyons Denn" 140 A., tract called "Woods Addition" 38 A,, also pt of tract called His Lordships Favour, 250 A. and for want of heirs then to sons Henry Hawkins and Josias Hawkins.

Mar 20, 1731 from Marmaduke Semmes of CC, planter, to John Eburnethy of CC, innholder, for 2200 lbs of tobacco and for divers other causes, lot #38 in Charles Town at Portobacco [Cr] in CC, with all improvements which sd Marmaduke Semmes made on sd lot. Signed - Marma_ _emes. Wit Robt Hanson*, Thos Stone*. Henritta, the wife of the above sd Marm:a Semmes, relinquished her right of dower in and to the sd land.

I, William Rhody Luckett of CC, planter, for the love I have for my daughter, Eleanor Luckett, and for 5 shillings, I give Elenor, a Negro female slave named Rachel, aged about 16 years, and which slave I have heretofore, on this behalf, delivered to Henerietta Semmes, widow of Marmaduke Semmes, decd, grandmother of the
