      - SUGGITT Guardian to SUGGITT
      Upon the Peition of SARAH SUGGITT
      Orphan of THOMAS SUGGITT, late of this County, deced., Mr. EDGCOMB SUGGITT is admitted her Guardian giveing security. Whereupon EDGCOMB SUGGITT together with WILLIAM DOWNMAN and JOHN TARPLEY, JUNR. in open Court entred into Bond and acknowledged the same which was admited to Record, and ordered that EDGCOMB SUGGITI' possess himself of what Estate belongs to SARAH SUGGITT

      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that wee EDGECOMBE SUGGITT, WM: DOWNMAN and JOHN TARPLEY of County of Richmond are held and firmly bound unto the Worshipful' justices of the County of Richmond in sume of One hundred pounds Sterling, to the which payment well and truely to be made 'we bind our selves our heirs firmly by these presents; Witness our hands and seals the 3d. day of October Anno Domini 1722
      THE CONDITION of this Obligation is such that if the above bound EDGCOMBE SUGGITT shall well and truly pay unto SARAH SUGGITT or to whome else it shall of right belong all such Estate or Estates belonging to SARAH SUGGIT as is or shall hereafter come to his hands for her use when or as soone as the sd. SARAH SUGGITT shall attaine to lawful! age or when thereunto required by said Court, and also save and keep harmless the sd, Justices their heirs &c. from all trouble and damages that shall or may arise about the sd, Estate, Then the above obligation to be void otherwise to remaine and be in full force and virtue
