      IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen, The Last Will & Testament of ROBERT ATKINSON.
      First, I bequeath my body to the earth & my soule to God and by my worldly goods I do holly & fully give unto my Father & Mother & I doe make Mr. BILLINGSLY my Executor for to pay receive & discharge all debts soever & to sell SIMON (? PEARSON) to an Ad( ) for my last Cargoe of goods that I have ( ) in I desire also Mr. BILLINGSLY for to give satisfaction to Mr. CORBET PYDELL, Physicigion of APPOTMATOCKS for his care & medicines that he hath doe for me, I desire Mr. BILLINGSLY for to convey all the rest of my Estate to my Father and Mother to HOLLAND at the next shipping every one being satisfyed. Witness my hand this 21st of July 1652

      The Deposicon of PHILLIP SILVESTER aged 30 yeares or thereabouts on the 17th day of Janu: 1652 saith that CORBET PYDLE sending for him to his House where being come a man, a Duchman, lyeing sicke upon his bed wch requested him for to wright his Will & Testamt. wch: the said PHILLIP SILVESTER did write by the said Duchmans Oathes & out of his owne proper mouth & that the said Will writt by the above said PHILLIP SILVESTER was truly writt according to the Duchmans appointmt. & direccons

      - Whereas it doth appeare unto the Court that Majr: JOHN BILLINGSLY, Executor of the Last Will and Testamt. of Mr. ROBERT ATKINSON, deceased, doth owe unto CORBET PEDLE five thousand pounds of tobco: and caske for his care and meanes administered unto the saide deceased in the times of his siknes: the Court doth therefore ordr: that the saide Mair: BILLINGSLY shall forthwith make paymt. of the saide Debt unto the saide PEDLE out of the saide deceased Estate als execucon; alkwayes provided that what goods or bedding the said PEDLE hath in his possession of the saide deceased shall be delivered into the hands and possession of the said Mair: BILLINGSLY or his assigner

      - Whereas Mair; JOHN BILLINGSLY, Executor of the Last Will and Testamt, of Mr. ROBERT ATKINSON, decedÔÇ× did subpena HENRY BROOKS to this Court as a wittnes to prove the Will of the saide ATKINSON, the Court doth therefore ordr: that the said Mair: BILLINGSLY shall forthwith make paymt. of Two hundred pounds of tobco: and caske to the saide BROOKS for his chardges out of the deceaseds Estate with chardges of Court
