My "nevie" Thomas Reave 5000 lbs. of tabacco. "Nevie" James Haynes who is also now in Va. Brothers James Haynes & his son. Wm. Haynes and his son Thos. On 14 July 1699 in Lancaster County, Virginia Court Order Book the Court received an inventory of the estate of Elizabeth Pinkard.
On 9 July 1701 in Lancaster, Virginia Court Order Book for 1696 to 1702, page140: Petition for the division of the estate of John Pinckard by his heirs: William Jones, son in law, age 42, deposed that Thomas Bker was chosen by John Pinckard (s), Benjamin Wale, son in law, and Charles Sallard, son in law, and he by Mrs Elizabeth Pinckard, wife, to settle the accounts and allot their estates due from deceased father.
On 11 Dec 1701 in Lancaster, Virginia Court Order Book for 1696 to 1702, page156: Likewise a suit was filed by William Jones, son in law; James Haines, son; Thomas Gaskins, son in law; John Nicholas, son in law; and wife Elizabeth (d), administrators of Elizabeth Pinckard against John and Thomas Pinckard surviving executors of Captain John Pinckard. - A difference depending at this Court upon reference betweene MRS. ELIZABETH PINCEARD.
