      To my loveing son William Chaney my Negro woman Pegge, boy Will, girl Winney.

      To my grandaughter Eliza Warwick my feather bed and furniture and three chairs and one small chest.
      What stock belongs to me be equally divided into four parts between my two loveing sons William and Thomas Chaney and my two grandaughters Penelope Warwick and Eliza Warwick.
      My welbeloved son Thomas Chaney and my trusty firend Mr. William Stanard [executors], return an inventory of my estate without appraisement. They be not obliged to give security.
