      IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen I EDWARD BRADSHAW being very weak through the visitation of the Almighty but yet in p:fect memory praised be my Lord God do here make my last Will & Testament. First I bequeath my soul to my Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ which through his mercy brought & redeemed it with his most precious blood and for my body I bequeath to the Earth from whence it came to be interred with Christian & decent burial and for my worldly goods I bequeath as followeth:

      THIS INDENTURE made the first day of July in the year One thousand Six hundred Sixty & two between RICHARD LOES of the County of Rappa. & ELIZA. his Wife and RICE JONES of the same County & MARGARETT his Wife of the one part & RICHARD WEBLY of the same County of the other part Whereas WILLIAM UNDERWOOD of the County aforesaid gent by his Deed Poll dated the second day of November One thousand Six hundred fifty nine did sell unto the aforesaid RICHARD LOES & RICE JONES all his Plantacon situate on the North side of RAPPA. RIVER in the County aforesaid being the moiety or uprmost half of a devident the lowermost half whereof this said WILLIAM UNDERWOOD formerly sould unto THOMAS MEADES deced the said Land adjoining to the Land of Coll.
