IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen I EDWARD BRADSHAW being very weak through the visitation of the Almighty but yet in p:fect memory praised be my Lord God do here make my last Will & Testament. First I bequeath my soul to my Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ which through his mercy brought & redeemed it with his most precious blood and for my body I bequeath to the Earth from whence it came to be interred with Christian & decent burial and for my worldly goods I bequeath as followeth:
Vizt.. Impr> I give & bequeath unto Capt. MOORE FANTLEROY 2 Cows & four breeding Sows.
2dly. I give & bequeath unto JOHN JONES, Son of RICE JONES, one Sow.
3dly. I give & bequeath unto WINNIFRED GRIFFIN, Daughter to THOMAS GRIFFIN one Cow;
4thly I give & bequeath to JONE, Daughter in Law to RICE JONES, one Chest & waste coat & a pr. of bodice
5thly. I give & bequeath unto THOMAS GRIFFIN my Countryman eight hhds. of tobo: I sold unto Mr. TRAVERS for tobo: the next years pay & likewise my Servant & my share of hogs & all other goods that is betwixt me & Mr, UNDERWOOD & all other goods besides as Bills Bonds & all other goods whatsoever being my Far. I give & bequeath unto VINCENT STANFORD for his pains 100 lbs. of tobo: & cask.

THIS INDENTURE made the first day of July in the year One thousand Six hundred Sixty & two between RICHARD LOES of the County of Rappa. & ELIZA. his Wife and RICE JONES of the same County & MARGARETT his Wife of the one part & RICHARD WEBLY of the same County of the other part Whereas WILLIAM UNDERWOOD of the County aforesaid gent by his Deed Poll dated the second day of November One thousand Six hundred fifty nine did sell unto the aforesaid RICHARD LOES & RICE JONES all his Plantacon situate on the North side of RAPPA. RIVER in the County aforesaid being the moiety or uprmost half of a devident the lowermost half whereof this said WILLIAM UNDERWOOD formerly sould unto THOMAS MEADES deced the said Land adjoining to the Land of Coll. FANTLEROY known by the name of MANGORIKE & begining at a Cedar Tree standing on the Eastermost side of BUSHWEED CREEK & runeth for length into the woods & conteineth six hundred & fifty acres or there about to hold the said Plantacon & land with all houses & edifices thereon Erected (the COURTHOUSE Excepted) & all gardens orchards fences with the appurtenances thereunto appertaining unto them the said RICHARD LOES & RICE JONES their heirs & assignes for ever as in said recited Deed doth appear Now Know ye that we the said RICHARD LOES & RICE JONES for the sum of twenty & eight thousand pounds of Tobo & cask to us in hand paid by the said RICHARD WEBLY therefore discharge the said RICHD WEBLY his heirs & admrs. & do sell the said moiety or uppermost half of the said Devi- dent of land (the COURTHOUSE excepted) gardens orchards outhouses and all other appurtenances whatsoever that was late in the occupation of the said WM.
