      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I JANE PECK Widd. and Relict of JOHN PECK Deced of the County of Rappa. and Parrish of Farneham have sold bargained & delivered unto RICHD. KING my Father in Law three coves and one yeareling Heifer and one Mare filly aged aboute teen months old marked on the right side on the Buttocke with ( J.P) and the said Catle abovemenconed the one of them called by the name of Old Mall Brand marked on the Hornes (RL) the other two the one of them goes by the name of Negroe & the other by the name of Browning aged foure yeares or thereabouts their marke is cropt & slitt on the right eare and a slitt on the left Eare one Red yeareling Heifer marked with a crop and slitt on the Right Eare and a halfe Moone on the left eare wth a Slitt dowse the Left Eare Furthermore one Silver Beare Boule Holding about a pynt These things above menconed I Jeane Pecke doe accknovledge I have firmely sould bargained & delivered unto my Father in Law Richd. King in the County of Rappa. Planter that I Jeane Pecke doe accknovledge that I have received full sattisfacccion for these things of my Father in Law above menconed as whereunto I sett my hand this 24th of January 1667.

PECK one Mare Filly branded wth Pin may be recorded for my two granchildren above menconed and Furthermore I give unto my youngest gran child WM. PECKE one Silver Beare Boule holding aboute a pint & if either of these two children should dye then the other should enjoy the whole & if in case they should both dye with out heires then I doe give my Daughteer JANE PECK and whom she does make her heires and if in case shee dyes without heires it is to returne to my two Brother MARTYN HAMMOND & JOB HAMMOND.
