      - A Probate of the Last Will and Testamt, of GEORGE BALLEY (deced) is granted unto ELIZABETH BALLEY, the Widdowe and Relicte of the saide GEORGE BALLEY, accordinge to the deceds. Will, EDWARD CARTER, THOMAS CHOWNING, WILLIAM THERIOTT and ROBERT NEUSUM are ordered to apprize the saide Estate and were sworne in Cort. An Inventory thereof to bee exhibited to ye nexte Cort,

      - Att this Cort WILLIAM THERIOT, Sonne of DOMINICK THERIOT, deced,, for and in consideracon of the quantity of five thousand pounds of tobaccoe and ca. to bee paide by this County out of this yeres Levie convenient in the saide County, and alsoe for the Lande belonginge to this County beinge one hundred acres of Lande more or lesse scituate lying and beinge in the saide County nexte adjoyneing to the Lande of the Widdowe BALLY and of JOSEPH BALEY (deced), which saide Lande this Cart: doe confirme unto hym the saide WM. THERIOT, his heires, executors, administrators and assignes forever, wth. warranty against all p:sons whatsoever; hath given granted aliened bargained solde enfeoffed and confirmed and doth by these pr:sents for hymselfe his heires and assignes and any of them give grant alien bargaine sell enfeoffe and confirme unto the justices of this County and their Successors all that House beinge the now CORT. HOUSE of this County, and commonly called or knowne by the name of this County NEW CORT: HOUSE wth: the Lande whereupon the saide House now standeth as alsoe twenty foote square of ground more adjoyneing to the saide House wth: previledge of free engres, egres and regres to and from the saide House and Lande together alsoe wth, priviledge of grounde sufficient for a PILLORY, WHIPPING POST and STOCKS to stande upon. To have and to hold the saide Lande and pr:misses wth: their appurtenances unto them the saide Justices and their Successors for ever in as large and ample manner and forme to all intents and purposes as are expressed in the Original Pattent of the saide Lande and by the Rents, Services, Pr:viions and condicons therein men- coned and conteyned wth: warranty against all p:sons whatsoever; the saide THERIOT to have Liberty hetweene Cort: and Cort: un till the nexte Spring to make use of the saide House, the Shedd thereunto belonginge only excepted, and that to the same their bee an Outside Doore made.
