      - MATHEW SPARKE peticoning this Court declareing that whereas hee came a Servt, into MARYLAND and belonging to Capt, PETER PAGAN and comeing from thence into this Colony of Virga: and beinge taken upp by SAMUEL JUELL, was delivered into the possession of Capt.       - Whereas at a Court helde for this County March the 8th Ao Dmi 1681, Order was granted unto Capt. THOMAS HASTED against Capt. RICHARD TAYLOR (deced), for seventeen pounds, fifteene shillings money Sterl. due p a Protested Bill of Exchange wth: costs and damages accordinge to Acte which Order being out of date, it is ordered that the same bee received by Sept. first against the Estate of the saide TAYLOR.
