      - JOHN WATERS for and in behalf of PHEBE, WILLIAM, MARY, ELIZABETH and JOHN TAYLOR Orphans of WILLIAM TAYLOR deceased against RICHARD and FRANCIS VANLANDEGHAM Executors etc.
      - FRANCIS VANLANDEGHAM petitioning this Court that JOHN MARY and ELIZABETH TAYLOR Orphans of WILLIAM and MARY TAYLOR deceased who are under the care and Tuition of JOHN WATERS their Grandfather where they are much abused and the said WATERS being summoned to this Court and not appearing to Answer It is Ordered that the said VANLANDEGHAM take the said Orphans into his Care and Custody unless the said WATERS shall Appear the next Court and show Reasons to the Contrary.
